One of the best boxing gyms in the city. Every trainer is great but definitely take Ronnie's classes if you can. He makes sure you know how to throw a punch, keeps the class motivated and has great playlists. Can't say enough good things about overthrow, it's a little intimidating when you first walk in but after one class you'll definitely be back.
Came to check this place out because an old coach, Ronnie Love, started training here. Well worth the trip into SoHo. Ronnie has been grinding during the pandemic to stay on top of his game, and he brought that heat to Overthrow. To anyone on the fence about checking this place out, come here to work with Ronnie and he'll push you to work. To Overthrow, I hope the rest of your instructors are as good as him, because I'll 100% be back.
